Job Summary:
The Specialist is responsible for ensuring accountability and protection mainstreaming mechanisms across all programs to meet International Medical Corps’ standards. This includes overseeing community feedback mechanisms, ensuring inclusive programming, and protecting vulnerable populations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public health, or international development
• 7+ years of experience with humanitarian organizations, focusing on accountability, protection, or safeguarding
• Knowledge of international standards like IASC CAAP, CHS, and Sphere Project’s Humanitarian Charter
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and database management skills
• High proficiency in English and local languages
